Starbase Omicron – Angled Turns

Starbase Omicron - Angles SampleIf you’ve spent any time at all on this web site, you should have seen this download coming a mile away. If not, well, call it a pleasant surprise.

30, 45, and 60 degree turns for the Sci-Fi based terrain theme. Download, print, cut, and enjoy!

Again, I don’t have rules for the “joint” piece in the turns. Any suggestions or ideas should be posted as a comment.

Stone Kingdom – Angled Turns

Stone Kingdom - Angles SampleOne of those egregious omissions in the Stone Kingdom terrain set has been rectified. You can add 30-, 45-, and 60-degree turns to your castle and dungeon corridors. I’ve also created a 3-way junction using the 60-degree turns for added spice.

I’m not including any rules for how to use the triangular “gap” space in the turn, I’ll leave that up to you game masters. If you have a suggestion, please feel free to comment on this posting and share your idea.

September Release – DMG 2

DMG 2Gotten behind on these and that’s a bad thing, especially when this month’s big release is the Dungeon Master’s Guide 2!

From Wizards: This core rulebook for the Dungeons & Dragons® Roleplaying Game features advice and rules for Dungeon Masters of all levels of experience, with a particular focus on running adventures and campaigns in the paragon tier (levels 11—20). It includes advanced encounter-building tools (including traps and skill challenges), storytelling tips to bring your game to life, new monster frameworks to help you craft the perfect villain, example campaign arcs, a comprehensive look at skill challenges, and a detailed “home base” for paragon-tier adventurers–the interplanar city of Sigil.

I’ve seen some of the maps included in the book, and I’m seriously jealous!
